Our client, a young, ambitious and fully digital notarial firm, is seeking a real estate notary who wants to practise in a modern, structured and efficient environment. The Role
You will be responsible for your files from the initial call through to signing. You will guide clients clearly, manage transactions rigorously and collaborate with the various stakeholders to ensure that every file progresses efficiently. Depending on your interests, your practice may include:
- Residential real estate;
- Commercial real estate;
- Refinancing;
- Selected business law files;
- Selected personal law files.
The ideal profile
- Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- At least three years of experience in real estate law;
- Ability to manage a volume of files independently;
- Strong rigour, efficiency and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication skills with clients, brokers and business partners;
- Comfortable working with Para-Maître, Microsoft Office and a fully digital environment;
- An existing network of clients or brokers, an asset.
