Leon's Furniture in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Director of Stores to lead the Prairies North region from our Edmonton base. You will drive execution, ensure alignment with the annual business plan, and act as the service leader between Corporate and stores to optimize sales, margins, cost control, customer service and safety.
You will oversee regional performance, develop succession plans for regional leaders, monitor operations across stores, DCs and Fleet, and coach store teams to improve.
