As an HR Administrator, you will support managers throughout recruitment and gain exposure to multiple Human Resources functions. Your work includes job advertising, research, screening, interviews, employee records, and administration. You will also contribute to employee engagement and process improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post advertisements across job boards, websites, and social media
- Attend job fairs and networking events to identify candidates
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records, tracking reports, and employee numbers
- Support benefits, correspondence, files, and HR documentation
Requirements:
- Recent post-secondary graduate seeking recruitment and Human Resources experience
- Full-cycle recruitment experience preferred, including Retail, Distribution, or Fleet
- Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems experience
- Strong organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
