As an Equipment Operator reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will support The Brick's distribution team. The work includes loading trucks, inspecting equipment, recording inventory movement, and coordinating priorities with team members. Warehouse safety and customer-focused service remain central to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment and report malfunctions promptly
- Record inventory movement and equipment usage accurately
- Stack, sort, and organize warehouse inventory
Requirements:
- Valid forklift certification or equivalent training
- Proven warehouse material handling equipment experience
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
