Build memorable client experiences at Leo Berwick as a Field and Event Marketing Manager in Toronto or Vancouver. Lead conferences, dinners, and webinars. This manager role reports to the Marketing leader within Leo Berwick’s Marketing team. You will manage event strategy, logistics, brand experience, partner content, and follow-up. The work spans HubSpot, webinar platforms, vendors, Sales, Revenue Marketing, and senior leaders across a growth-stage consulting firm. Key Responsibilities:
Support event strategy from initial concept through follow-up Run conference, sponsorship, booth, vendor, staffing, and travel logistics Plan themed dinners, roundtables, webinars, and guest experiences Coordinate themes, collateral, speaker materials, and partner content Track contacts, budgets, spending, meetings, and event performance Requirements:
Two to four years in event planning or event marketing Experience managing multiple events with exceptional attention to detail Confidently engage senior executives, clients, vendors, and partners Experience with HubSpot, event platforms, spreadsheets, and Canva Comfort using Claude or similar artificial intelligence tools Bring event marketing, relationship-building, HubSpot, and execution skills to Leo Berwick’s conferences, webinars, and client programs.
