Coordinate domestic and international shipments for Lenovo in Morrisville, North Carolina, using transportation planning and shipment tracking skills. Support customer fulfillment through clear operational communication. As an ISG Logistics Solutions Specialist, you will coordinate transportation between manufacturing, warehouses, carriers, customers, and fulfillment teams. The work includes domestic U.S. transportation, international import and export shipments, shipment documentation, Excel reporting, and issue resolution. You will also support integrated server rack production at the Whitsett facility. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transportation and shipment activities across stakeholders Monitor in-transit shipments using GPS and tracking tools Troubleshoot transportation, customs, warehouse, and delivery issues Prepare invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation Complete proof-of-delivery and shipment closeout activities Requirements:
Three or more years of relevant logistics experience Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations Experience coordinating domestic U.S. transportation and carrier operations Knowledge of international shipping and customs requirements Strong Excel, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Apply logistics coordination, shipment tracking, documentation, and analysis skills supporting Lenovo’s customer fulfillment and server operations.
