Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted Finance partner to ISG ISO GTM leadership.
- Drive business performance through insights on revenue, profitability, pipeline, investments, and resource allocation.
- Lead planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support processes.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Develop executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into business decisions.
- Partner across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to influence outcomes and drive accountability.
- Champion finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant, hands‑on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
- Located near, or willing to relocate to the Morrisville NC North American HQ with expectation of Hybrid 3 days in the office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication style with ability to influence executive leadership through financial acumen, data insights and storytelling.
- Proven experience in Business Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or Commercial Finance.
- Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment.
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed to support global stakeholders.
- Technology and data savvy, with a passion for leveraging AI and digital tools to elevate finance impact.
