As Senior Superintendent, you will lead construction execution while monitoring project performance and anticipating client needs. Your responsibilities include schedule management, constructability solutions, quality assurance, safety leadership, and estimating support. You will also mentor superintendents and project staff while allocating resources. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure construction meets approved plans, codes, and quality standards Lead Project Specific Safety Program development and improvements Analyze scheduling issues and develop solutions for delays Estimate activities, materials, labour, and project pursuit requirements Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection and negotiations Requirements:
15 years’ powerline construction experience More than five years’ superintendent experience Construction, engineering, or equivalent post-secondary background Ability to manage complex schedules and constructability issues Effective communication, mentoring, and team-building experience Use power utility construction expertise, project controls, and team development skills to deliver quality Ledcor field operations.
