In this Designer position, you will lead the design of outside plant (OSP) elements for telecommunication networks, collaborating closely with the engineering team.
You’ll utilize Auto CAD and other tools to develop constructible GPON network designs, ensuring safety and quality control in construction.

- Design fiber optic and copper OSP networks for various projects
- Collaborate on power route designs and one-line schematics
- Manage infrastructure changes and existing network growth
- Perform quality control and conduct field checks
- Create system designs, BOMs, and construction quotes
Requirements
- College or Technical Diploma in relevant field
- 3+ years in OSP telecommunications, proficient in Auto CAD
- Experience with MS Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam, and Adobe
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret construction documents
