Lead civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction for Ledcor’s GO Transit station project in Oshawa, Ontario. Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery onsite. Ledcor seeks a Stations Project Manager with eight or more years of civil construction experience. You will oversee station construction for a major GO Transit project, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. The work requires strong project controls, contract administration, scheduling, and construction coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Lead civil, structural, architectural, and MEP station construction activities Review contracts, designs, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements Coordinate clients, designers, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams Manage changes, RFIs, field instructions, and scope modifications Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities Requirements:
Eight or more years of civil construction project management experience Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field Station, transit facility, or passenger transportation infrastructure experience preferred Knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, and project controls Valid provincial driver’s license and Microsoft Office proficiency Bring transit construction leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and project controls expertise to Ledcor’s Oshawa station delivery team.
