You will estimate pursuits, develop execution strategies, coordinate resources, and implement project plans. The work requires construction knowledge, negotiation, financial management, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead health, safety, and environmental protection across projects Coordinate subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiations Review pursuit estimates, costs, and bid responsibilities Develop construction schedules with project teams Track forecasts, billings, risks, and financial performance Requirements:
10–15 years managing powerline or similar construction projects Three or more years estimating powerline construction projects Previous Project Manager or managerial supervisory experience Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and methodology Strong negotiation, planning, organization, and communication skills Bring powerline construction leadership, estimating expertise, schedule management, and safety focus to Ledcor projects throughout Ontario.
