- Engage external talent markets and build candidate relationships

- Manage recruitment from intake through offer and hire
- Maintain talent pools for current and future hiring demand
- Record recruitment activity and compliance documentation in Workday
Requirements:
- Four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience hiring skilled trades and salaried talent
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing
- Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Hybrid availability, with up to three office days weekly
