Ledcor seeks a Superintendent with powerline construction expertise to manage daily operations and guide field teams. You will coordinate employees, contractors, tradespeople, and subtrades while delivering approved plans, schedules, and project objectives. The work includes industrial, oil and gas, or mining projects when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations and provide guidance to project staff
- Maintain safety, environmental, quality, and performance standards
- Update schedules and achieve project milestones and completion dates
- Delegate work to employees, contractors, tradespeople, and subtrades
- Manage turnover, timesheets, change orders, and invoice reviews
Requirements:
- Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician qualification
- 15+ years of powerline construction experience
- 5+ years of superintendent experience
- Knowledge of construction costs, budgets, plans, and schedules
- Strong safety record and ability to work with varied individuals
