Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed implementation plan for Circles
- Collaborate with Circle leaders on program offerings
- Track engagement metrics for Circle participation
- Work with marketing to promote Circles effectively
- Identify and recommend relevant topics for discussion
Requirements
- Experience in content/program creation
- Leadership and volunteer management skills are beneficial
- Knowledge of Lean In Circles is advantageous
- Completion of Circle leadership training is required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slack
