Coordinate executive office operations and strategic administration for GMF, primarily virtually, with occasional travel to Ottawa's Head Office expected. Support LC3 leadership.
At the Green Municipal Fund, this coordinator supports the Managing Director's Office and Low Carbon Cities Canada. The work emphasizes meetings, communications, procurement, contracts, travel logistics, and process improvements. You will report to the Strategic Management Partner while supporting senior stakeholders, internal operations, and confidential records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, speakers, documents, and action items
- Manage procurement, contracts, invoices, expenditures, and related tracking
- Support communications, events, materials production, and information flow
- Coordinate LC3 travel, conferences, meetings, and departmental logistics
- Lead GMF Administrative Team meetings, training, and policy support
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum five years' progressively responsible administrative or coordination experience
- Experience supporting senior executives and high-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel
- Strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and independent working abilities
