As Director of Finance, you will report to the President and oversee finance for L.C.L. Excavation (2006) Inc, Pavage J.R. Lagacé Paving Inc, and MacArthur's Paving (2026) Inc. The senior leadership role emphasizes financial accuracy, operational support, and continuous improvement. Construction accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, and forecasting are central priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own accounting and finance functions across the group
- Lead month-end, year-end, and consolidated financial reporting
- Manage job costing, WIP reporting, and project analysis
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital
- Strengthen controls, processes, and Acumatica ERP capabilities
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Senior accounting or financial management experience
- Construction accounting and project forecasting experience preferred
- CPA designation preferred; ERP and Excel proficiency required
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
