Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, advanced degree appreciated
- 5-8 years of labor relations experience required
- Managerial experience of 3-5 years preferred
- Strong verbal and written English and French skills
- Knowledge of collective bargaining and employment legislation
