Lauren Services is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer with 7+ years of experience in an EPC, EPCM, or engineering consulting environment supporting oil and gas midstream, pipeline, and industrial facility projects. This role is suited to a technically capable designer who is ready to take greater ownership of electrical and controls deliverables while continuing to strengthen their technical judgment and multidisciplinary coordination skills. The successful candidate will support multiple concurrent brownfield projects, including facility modifications, compressor and pump station upgrades, meter station expansions, power distribution improvements, equipment replacements, and other small capital work. This is an opportunity for a senior designer who is ready to expand their technical ownership and contribute beyond task-based drafting. You will work across a varied portfolio of brownfield projects, collaborate directly with experienced technical professionals, and take responsibility for design deliverables from early development through field execution. The role offers exposure to both electrical power and controls design, along with opportunities to strengthen your technical judgment, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution capabilities. You will have the support needed to continue developing while being trusted to take meaningful ownership of your work.
