The work requires rental application knowledge, communication, relationship-building, and professional follow-up throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email rental inquiries within one business day
- Provide accurate information about available rental units
- Schedule viewings, appointments, and lease-signing meetings
- Conduct suite viewings as directed by the Property Manager
- Maintain records of inquiries, applications, appointments, and leasing activity
Requirements:
- Previous Leasing Agent experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of residential rental applications and leasing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle
