Lead activities programming in Stratford with L'Arche Stratford, supporting core members through program development, leadership, and community engagement.
The permanent full-time Program Manager oversees activities programs and supervises the Activities Team. This role supports approximately 30 Core Members across four homes, Supported Independent Living, and activities programs. Work follows L'Arche values, its Charter, Mission Statement, and Servant Leadership Model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new activities programs and maintain existing programs
- Support physical, emotional, spiritual, vocational, and recreational needs
- Lead Activities and Communication team operations
- Coordinate intake, activities planning, and volunteer management
- Oversee Passport finances, expenses, and related budgets
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in program development or recreation studies
- Leadership experience in a not-for-profit environment is an asset
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is an asset
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Valid G licence, insurance proof, and excellent driving record
