Key Responsibilities:
- Support onsite and remote client services
- Manage Microsoft Server OS and AD – GPO
- Maintain backup plans using Acronis and Veeam
- Setup desktops and laptops (Windows and OSX)
- Provide mobile support for iPhone and Android devices
Requirements:
- 3-year college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure tools
- Strong knowledge of routers and NAS devices
