Lead civil construction fieldwork with bridge expertise at LaPrairie Works Inc., supporting safe, efficient projects across Western Canada. Coordinate crews, schedules, and equipment. As Civil Construction Field Operations Supervisor, you will support the Superintendent with day-to-day construction activities. Your work spans road construction, earthworks, bridges, and structural rehabilitation. You will interpret drawings, coordinate resources, and guide field teams while maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee civil infrastructure projects including roads, earthworks, and bridges Perform construction and rehabilitation tasks on multiple bridge types Lead onsite activities and provide clear direction to field teams Review drawings and scopes for compliance and efficiency Coordinate equipment needs and resources with the Superintendent Requirements:
Proven civil and bridge construction or maintenance experience Site supervision or management experience considered an asset Strong understanding of worksite safety and operating procedures Physical ability for demanding outdoor tasks in varying weather Valid Class 5 driver’s license Apply civil construction leadership, bridge knowledge, equipment coordination, and safety practices to field operations at LaPrairie Works Inc.
