You will support bids, budgeting, and pre-construction planning across bridges, water infrastructure, marine works, earthworks, and related civil projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, tenders, and addenda for estimating requirements
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed project cost estimates
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, gaps, exclusions, and risks
- Develop bid strategies, assumptions, contingencies, and clarifications
- Prepare tender pricing and support estimate handover
Requirements
- Minimum three years of construction estimating experience
- Knowledge of civil methods, sequencing, equipment, crews, and constructability
- Estimating software competence; Heavy Bid experience is an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel
