Job Description:
- Must Have: 15+ years of experience designing, developing, upgrading, documenting, and implementing IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.X Work and Asset Management solutions.
- 12+ years of experience leading large-scale IBM Maximo implementations, including project delivery, system migrations, testing, upgrades, and major go-lives.
- Strong expertise in Maximo and Maximo Mobile solution design, technical guidance, and post-implementation support.
- Experience gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, and designing Maximo-based solutions.
- Experience supporting program-level change management initiatives.
- Strong experience with Maximo configuration, customization, and application development.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, automation frameworks, and cloud technologies.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Maximo 9.X configuration and application development.
- Experience with AWS and cloud technologies.
- Experience with enterprise integration and automation frameworks.
- Experience with BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experience assessing and recommending technology solutions.
