- Lead cross‑functional reviews of how knowledge supports AI‑enabled employee journeys, translating findings into executive‑ready recommendations, priorities and roadmaps that align HR, Product and Technology.
- Work alongside KM team members, coaching them on knowledge architecture and AI‑readiness practices and turning strategy into clear guidance they can apply in their day‑to‑day work.

- Practical experience applying generative AI or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) to enterprise knowledge or content, with an understanding of the factors that influence retrieval quality.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment with senior stakeholders, and move ambiguous, cross‑functional work forward across multiple workstreams in a global or decentralized organization.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills, and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear, executive‑ready recommendations and roadmaps.
- Collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing others, including explaining complex concepts simply and giving junior colleagues clear direction they can act on.
