Enhance your career with La Vie en Rose as an International Production and Logistics Coordinator. This full-time role involves coordinating logistics operations for international partners, requiring strong organizational skills and bilingual communication.
Reporting directly to the International Division, you will optimize the flow of goods through coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. Your expertise will ensure compliance with customs and regulations, thereby facilitating efficient shipping and production cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily supplier follow-ups about ocean freight and bookings
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to resolve operational issues
- Review and validate supplier and freight invoices
- Generate commercial documentation for customs clearance
- Analyze logistics data to improve operational processes
Requirements:
- College diploma in Logistics or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years in logistics or production coordination
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of the apparel industry is an asset
