As part of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager with sales goals, company standards, and team motivation. You will train employees on sales techniques and product features while helping customers understand lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate store activities and tasks with management
- Train team members on sales techniques and products
- Welcome customers and explain product quality and features
- Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports
- Open and close the store as required
Requirements:
- Previous retail team management experience
- Natural leadership and team motivation skills
- Strong communication and customer listening abilities
- Proactive, conscientious, and goal-oriented approach
- Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
