L R HELICOPTERS INC. is seeking a qualified Director of Maintenance (DOM)/Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) to oversee the company’s maintenance activities in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
The DOM is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities conducted by the Approved Maintenance Organization are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, the Transport Canada approved company Maintenance Policy Manual and company policies.
The PRM is responsible for ensuring that the maintenance of company operated aircraft is controlled in accordance with regulatory requirements, the Air Operators Transport Canada approved company Maintenance Control Manual and company policies.
The successful candidate will work closely with air operations, engineering staff, and regulatory authorities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations.
This position averages 40 hours per week over a 52-week cycle, with higher operational demand during peak summer operations.
