Support VIP clients and distributed desktop infrastructure as a Technical Analyst in Victoria, British Columbia, with a partially remote work arrangement.
At Kyndryl, this full-time Technical Analyst supports government ministries and agencies through service and project delivery. You will resolve escalated problems, handle Level 2 and 3 tickets, and maintain desktop services across distributed environments. The position requires direct contact with pre-approved executive-level clients and strong technical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve assigned Level 2 and 3 service tickets
- Provide remote and scheduled support to VIP users
- Test application deployments and imaging changes
- Maintain SMS functionality across client desktops
- Monitor incidents, metrics, and operational performance reports
Requirements:
- Related degree or equivalent experience, education, or training
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Entra
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management
- Availability for rotational after-hours on-call support
