法人向けサービスの事業責任者候補として、当社のB2B事業（法人送金・Kyashアプリ送金）や提携戦略の推進を担っていただきます。当社のTechやプロダクトチームと密に連携し、プロダクトと事業戦略の両面のバランスを定めてリードいただく大変重要なポジションになります。また、2026年6月には株式会社ギフティとの資本業務提携を行ったことにより、今後の協業を見据えて自治体や法人企業との提携推進がより一層進むことが期待されます。
具体的な業務内容:
- 事業戦略・計画の策定・実行（PL責任）
- ビジョンの共有と組織マネジメント
- 採用・人員計画の策定・推進
- 戦略パートナー候補・金融機関との関係構築・折衝
- 新規事業パートナーとの契約交渉〜締結、長期的な関係構築
Requirements:
- 5年以上のチームマネジメント経験に加えて、以下のいずれかの実務経験を有していること
- Fintech領域または金融業界の事業開発領域のご経験
- スタートアップでのプロダクトマネジメントのご経験
- 大手事業会社で新規事業・事業開発領域のご経験
Preferred Experiences:
- 日常会話程度の英語力
- 事業責任者（PL責任）の経験

- Work hours: フレックスタイム制度（1日の労働時間）8時間9:30-18:30 コアタイム／11:00-16:00
