KSI Law is a commercial law firm with more than 50 years of experience across 15 practice areas. You will support lawyers, clients, lenders, and other parties from transaction opening through closing. The work includes residential purchases, sales, refinances, and assigned commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain transaction files through post-closing
- Monitor dates, conditions, requisitions, and closing requirements
- Prepare agreements, closing documents, and adjustment statements
- Review titles and assist with requisition resolution
- Coordinate electronic registrations, funds, and closing documents
Requirements:
- Law Clerk diploma, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least two years of real estate law clerk experience preferred
- Ontario conveyancing and land registration knowledge
- Experience preparing closing documents and coordinating transactions
- Strong organization, communication, and deadline management skills
