Key Responsibilities:
- Lead resolution of service disruptions in supply chains
- Analyze penalties and drive cross-team resolutions
- Work with Finance to manage chargebacks
- Report on and monitor key service KPIs
- Develop performance insights for internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years in supply chain or logistics roles
- Expertise in compliance programs and chargebacks
- Proficiency in SAP and customer systems
- Ability to manage complex customer portfolios
- Fluent in English & French preferred
