Your work includes impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, adoption tracking, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support successful adoption.

- Execute change plans across Finance Transformation projects
- Complete impact assessments and stakeholder analyses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three or more years of change management experience
- Prosci certification or equivalent
