At Kraken Sense, you'll:
- Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and maximizing their potential.
- Craft compelling content across diverse channels – website, social media, email, and print – that resonates with our target audience.
- Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product) to ensure marketing initiatives seamlessly align with business goals.
- Analyze marketing campaigns from inception to completion, optimizing performance based on key metrics and ROI.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities and challenges.
- Champion SEO best practices by collaborating with content creators, designers, and developers to optimize digital assets and marketing materials.
- Generate insightful reports on SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) to inform strategic decision-making.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within the biotech or life sciences industry.
- Proven success record in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a creative and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid marketing) is a plus.
