Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex onsite and remote industrial print technical issues
- Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair print equipment
- Monitor IP queues and coordinate technician dispatch
- Manage escalations, documentation, tracking, and resolution communication
- Deliver technical training and technician mentorship
Requirements:
- Electronic Engineering Technology certificate or equivalent
- Eight to ten years of progressive technical service experience
- Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-resolution skills
- Knowledge of digital press systems, networking, and production environments
- Valid license, insured vehicle, travel documents, and travel willingness
