Join HK Kolmar Canada Inc. as an Afternoon Shift Compounder. You will focus on batching and compounding products safely according to GMP standards from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.
As an experienced Compounder, you will prepare batches to meet both laboratory standards and customer approvals. You'll work with raw materials, operate various measuring equipment, and follow precise GMP cleaning procedures. The role also involves maintaining logs and documentation pertaining to compounding processes while ensuring workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review product formula sheets and secure necessary ingredients
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials for production
- Compound batches according to specified formulas
- Transport finished products to assembly floors
- Clean and sanitize all manufacturing equipment and areas
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of compounding experience
- Shade matching experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary preferred
