- Prepare estimates for civil construction including earthworks
- Evaluate drawings and project requirements thoroughly
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing development
- Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain bid documentation and support information accurately
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in civil projects
- Strong understanding of underground utilities
- Experience with Heavy Bid and AGTEK preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong attention to detail with communication skills
