Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, the Head of Global Compensation will evolve compensation philosophy and programs. You will lead a compensation team, advise People Leaders, and partner with Talent Acquisition. The work supports a high-performance organization while balancing market dynamics, internal equity, business priorities, and financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
Lead global compensation philosophy, job architecture, leveling, and pay structures Own equity grants, refresh programs, incentives, and retention approaches Advise leaders on hiring, retention, organizational changes, and investments Lead and develop a high-performing compensation team Use technology, automation, and AI to improve compensation operations Requirements:
10+ years of progressive compensation experience 3+ years leading and developing compensation teams Global strategy experience within a publicly traded company Financial expertise in equity modeling, dilution, and budgets Executive compensation and Compensation Committee support experience Lead Klaviyo’s global compensation strategy with expertise spanning equity, pay structures, analytics, governance, and team leadership.
