This full-time Junior Media Buyer role offers direct work with the Head of Growth while managing Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and Snapchat. Your focus will be keeping approved ads launch-ready, pacing and scaling budgets, checking accounts, and optimizing campaigns according to SOPs. The position suits someone with one to three years of Meta buying experience who wants to learn quickly, accept feedback, and build toward senior paid media leadership. Facebook remains the main specialty, with broader channel exposure included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch ads, creator ads, landing pages, and funnel tests daily
- Reset daily budgets at approximately 2am EST
- Optimize campaigns and ads against established SOPs
- Update weekly department KPIs and attend performance calls
- Apply Head of Growth feedback the following day
Requirements:
- One to three years of hands-on Meta buying experience
- Availability for daily budget resets around 2am EST
- Reliable completion of daily checks without chasing
- Strong naming and formatting accuracy
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback
