Construction Manager in Niagara Falls

Our client, an established construction and paving business, is seeking a Construction Manager to support their growing business in Southern Ontario. This role calls for a relationship-driven professional who combines proven people leadership with technical paving and road building expertise. A high-impact, visible position, the Construction Manager is responsible for providing guidance to Project Superintendents, visiting job sites and supporting safety, quality, and operational best practices. Reporting to the General Manager, the Construction Manager will analyze data and collaborate on budget creation to ensure project targets are met. A high degree of autonomy, initiative, and travel flexibility is required to effectively manage a territory and support teams across multiple locations. Our ideal candidate is a proven people leader with at least 10 years of civil construction industry experience. A post-secondary education in civil engineering, construction management, civil engineering technology, or a related discipline will be highly regarded, as will experience with sewer and underground construction. An equivalent combination of education and extensive relevant experience will be considered. Prior experience using an ERP system will be an asset.
