In this full-time role at KisoJi Biotech, you will support the Molecular Biology team in executing molecular biology experiments and projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish sequencing workflows for Nanopore technology
- Create libraries for NGS applications
- Clone and design antibody DNA constructs
- Perform DNA purification and quality checks
- Contribute to daily lab maintenance and organization
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. with relevant lab experience
- At least 1 year of experience for M.Sc. holders
- Proficiency in Nanopore MinION and molecular techniques
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Capability to work as part of a team
