We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new store at Tysons Corner Centre, Tysons, Virginia, United States and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as an Operations Lead. Availability must include a mix of weekdays, weekends, opening, and closing shifts.
About the Role
- Oversee stockroom organization, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization for better operational flow.
- Monitor stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize shrink through proactive loss prevention measures.
- Perform regular stock counts and thorough audits to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure store staff adheres to and follows standard operating procedures and company policies, maintaining a smooth and compliant work environment.
- Support the execution of store promotions, pricing updates, and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Support with store opening and setup.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations Specialist or a related field is preferred.
- A strong track record with 2-3 years of retail operations experience.
- Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning, sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to guide staff and enhance the customer experience.
- Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
