Key Responsibilities:
- Execute laboratory examinations and analyses for GI health
- Ensure specimen integrity and adherence to testing criteria
- Prepare comprehensive reports for physician evaluation
- Maintain documentation and records of patient care
- Contribute to safety protocols and research initiatives
Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
- Minimum of 2 years' MLT experience required
- Strong understanding of quality management principles
- Excellent communication with patients and staff
- Capability to handle physically demanding tasks
