Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent degree
- Licensed Registered Pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Minimum of two years experience in hospital pharmacy practice
- Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency Certificate preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven decision-making abilities
