- Lead, coach, and develop Leasing Consultants toward occupancy targets

- Report, forecast, and recommend leasing performance actions
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of residential leasing experience
- Three to five years leading or managing teams
- Proven multi-residential occupancy and leasing target success
- Knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities
