As the leader in fundraising intelligence, Kindsight leverages real-time data and AI to help thousands of organizations around the world identify, manage, and engage with donors - at any scale.

Position Summary: As Senior Product Manager for Fundraising Intelligence, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for how Data and AI are driving a new user experience for front line fundraisers. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of technology, product innovation, and social impact.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering solutions that further the capabilities of our CRMs, including collaborating with the iWave team on how donor intelligence and fundraising data is ingested into the CRM and delivering AI-powered features that help nonprofits fundraise smarter and work more efficiently. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Fundraising Intelligence Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a clear, forward-looking product vision aligned with Kindsight’s company strategy and growth goals. Identify high-impact opportunities to further fundraising capabilities, delivering AI-powered features that solve meaningful customer problems.
  • Lead End-to-End Product Development: Own the full product lifecycle - from discovery and concept through delivery, launch, and iteration. Define product requirements, write high-quality user stories, and partner closely with Design and Engineering to deliver solutions on time and at high quality.
  • Drive Customer-Led Product Decisions: Engage deeply with our nonprofit customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics. Serve as the product authority on the workflows and needs of frontline fundraisers by translating customer needs into validated product opportunities through research, discovery, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Own and Evolve the Product Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and continuously refine a product roadmap that aligns with the broader team and company objectives, customer outcomes, and market trends. Champion a data-informed approach to investment decisions, aligning roadmap features with revenue, retention, and profitability targets.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Develop clear and actionable product specifications, collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to ensure alignment. Partner with Engineering to create robust technical plans, improve development velocity, and resolve execution challenges.
  • Measure Outcomes and Drive Continuous Improvement: Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to measure adoption, customer value, and business impact. Use data and customer insight to iterate, optimize performance, and inform future investments.

About You - Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software. Proven track record of delivering and scaling products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture and can connect customer problems, emerging technology (including AI), and business outcomes.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on articulating complex customer problems and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and serving nonprofit customers, with a deep sense of empathy and mission alignment.
  • Execution-Oriented: You know how to move from strategy to shipped product, with a strong focus on outcomes and learning.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, or fundraising technology.
  • Familiarity with the fundraising sector and related technologies.
  • Experience launching products on Salesforce, Agentforce or Bedrock, or building AI-powered features using platforms like Bedrock or Agentforce.
