  • Serve as a subject matter expert for demand planning, influencing product direction and representing the voice of the customer across the organization.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes effectively across technical and non-technical audiences while driving alignment on key decisions and trade-offs.

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software, SaaS, or supply chain technology.
  • Deep expertise in demand planning, forecasting, demand sensing, or related supply chain planning domains.
  • Strong understanding of planning methodologies such as statistical forecasting, segmentation, and scenario-based planning.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver customer-facing software products from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and business priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority.

Role-Specific Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning solutions within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of how demand planning decisions impact forecast accuracy, service levels, operational performance, and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with analytics, optimization, AI, or machine learning capabilities within planning workflows.
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve product discovery, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex planning concepts into compelling customer outcomes and product requirements.
  • Proven track record of partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
