Use Adobe Creative Suite and visual communication skills as a Visual Design Intern with Kinaxis in Ottawa, working onsite at least three days weekly.
This full-time internship supports Kinaxis marketing and Creative teams from January 2027. You will create visual assets, contribute design ideas, and help maintain brand consistency across campaigns, events, websites, presentations, and interactive PDFs. The placement lasts eight or twelve months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions with industry professionals
- Produce graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Refine designs through team feedback and direction
- Support Marketing design tasks and brand consistency
- Organize project files and participate in brainstorming sessions
Requirements:
- Current or recent BA or BFA in a related field
- Understanding of graphic design theory and principles
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of web UI standards and responsive design frameworks
