Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations at Buckingham Place
- Clean, perform minor maintenance, and diagnose problems
- Show units when necessary to prospective residents
- Resolve tenant issues and build resident relations
- Coordinate trades, emergencies, rules, and winter salting
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Property management or Resident Manager experience is an asset
