Construction scheduling expertise drives project planning from Kiewit’s Oakville office, using critical path analysis and Primavera P6 proficiency. This is a full-time position. As a Scheduler, you will develop and maintain project schedules using company and district standards. You will support projects across Eastern Canada’s construction and mining industries, including highways, bridges, mass transit, dams, and industrial work. The position requires coordination from conceptual planning through engineering and construction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop resource-loaded project schedules and critical milestone tracking Analyze critical paths, schedule logic, constraints, and durations Assess design changes, slippages, variations, and recovery schedules Prepare progress reports, narratives, and schedule submittals Coordinate project schedules with managers, engineers, contractors, and clients Requirements:
Five-plus years of construction scheduling experience Three years of proven leadership directing scheduling functions Proficiency with Excel, Primavera P6, and project controls software Knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred Apply critical path analysis, project controls software, and construction scheduling expertise to Kiewit projects across Eastern Canada.
